Our cheeses are the best we can find! Many of them are traditionally hand-made and we have carefully selected a range that offers cow, buffalo, goat and sheep milk cheese. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian, pasteurised and non-pasteurised, classic cheddars and great blues - we have them all with some of the best Britain, Ireland and the Continent produces. Our range will continue to evolve and if we don't stock what you want, we'll do out best to get it for you - so please just ask!

A classic Cheshire, traditionally cloth-bound, with a crumbly texture.

Traditionally made in North Yorkshire, a gorgeous crumbly cheese with a marvellous flavour - fantastic for a ploughmans!

Gruyere Cave Aged
Aged for a minimum of14 months in sandstone caves, this cheese has a distinctive sweet, nutty flavour.

Sparkenhoe Red Leicester

Red Leicester made the old-fashioned way in the market town of Bosworth. This authentic, cloth wrapped cheese is a must for the classic cheeseboard and perfect for welsh rarebit.

Dambuster

Made specifically to honour the RAF 617 squadron flying from Scampton, Lincolnshire. The flavour and texture of this strong, creamy mature cheese is enhanced by its black wax coating.

A Spanish classic, this is a mature cheese with a rich and intense flavour. Hints of honey and nuts can be detected. A great addition to a cheeseboard and the perfect accompaniment to continental dishes and tapas.

Lincolnshire Poacher - 2 year old
A local Lincolnshire gem! This is one of the best cheeses around. It is traditionally made on the farm at Ulceby. Smooth in texture and flavour.

Parmiggiano Reggiano

An Italian classic! This superb hard cheese has a wonderful sweet and full flavour. It is moist and succulent. We like it on a cheeseboard but get creative - experiment with cooking, shave over rocket salad or pasta, or try it will a little aged balsamic vinegar.

Mozzarella di Buffalo
Another Italian classic, made on a family farm just outside of Naples. It is a delightful soft and delicate cheese. Perfect on its own or as part of a Caprese salad with avocado, tomatoes and basil. Our pesto sauce also makes a great accompaniment to it!

This is a local, soft and blue veined cheese. It is produced by hand on the farm at Osgoodby, near Market Rasen.

Stichelton
Another local cheese, made organically about 10 miles from our shop, on the Wellbeck Estate. This cheese is making a huge impact with its creamy and gentle, yet full flavour. A truly outstanding cheese!

Colston Bassett Stilton
The dairy at Colston Bassett is one of the smallest Stilton dairies in the country. This traditional Stilton is full bodied with deep and complex flavours.
