Deli & Dine are the jewel in the crown in Retford with their unique mix of café & deli.  Stocking local produce, their business is just fantastic and you know you can go in there and come out with exactly what you need.  They also have specialised evening events and make you feel really special even if you only go in for a coffee.  I live in Rotherham and it’s a long way to go, but they are worth it!!

Deli & Dine is always the first place I go when going into Retford town.  With a huge range there is nothing you cannot have or have ordered for you at your convenience.  Also with a huge varied selection on the menu there is nothing that you won’t want to try. No1 deli.

Deli & Dine produce wonderful food; have a great range of cheeses and very friendly staff.  They have worked very hard over the last few years since they’ve opened to become a great place to visit and something different for the town where they are based.  You only need to have a look at the visitor book to see what people think of them!

I visit the deli and café nearly every day because they serve lovely coffee and excellent food which is from the range they sell at the deli counter, such as cheeses, meats, homemade pies and cakes.  The service is very good – I get my latte without asking now that I am so well known!  Deli & Dine also run themed evenings with food and wine and several of the talks have been very entertaining.  Friday evenings during the summer are Tapas evenings which is great for Retford which does not really have a wine bar serving this type of nibble with a nice glass of wine.  So overall a great deli offering a wide range of cheeses, meats, olives, wine etc with a thriving café and evening events as well as business and party catered food.  It is becoming more and more popular and rightly so

It is run by 2 guys who really know their stuff – everything they sell is tasted and selected by them personally – they know all the cheeses, they know where their stock comes from – including local farms for excellent meat – they make everything to eat from scratch baking daily and they have a fab wine selection.  They have worked really hard to make a great business off the beaten track – you have to hunt to find them as the deli is off an alleyway off a side street!  We re really lucky to have such a fantastic high quality deli in a small northern tow lacking individual shops like this.

It sells amazing food and I love the nights they put on with wine tasting and courses.

Outstanding food and service including much thoughtful research on the likes/dislikes of their clientele.  The term ‘deli’ doesn’t do it justice; it’s also a restaurant dining club (via themed evenings) and an education and resource centre (eg wine tastings with expert input).  Never previously come across anything quite like it and its all the more special for being located in a small market town in a sleepy corner of North Notts.  What a brilliant addition its been to our community in the past few years.

The food is wonderfully tasty, the service excellent, the range of food is brilliant and above all the staff are the best I have ever been served by!

The range of stock is excellent.  They are very friendly and helpful.  Most of all they have been very supportive of the school I work in.  they have supported us during National Design Technology week when we hold a cookery challenge for Year 9 students.  Their chef comes into school for the whole day, he gives a cookery demonstration and then helps the students to complete a ‘Ready, Steady, Cook’ Challenge before judging the results.  They are brilliant!

The wide variety of products offer an excellent opportunity to experience new tastes and flavours from all areas of the world.  The staff are highly knowledgeable and offer high quality service.

They always have everything I need, and if not they can get it for me.

They are extremely helpful, offer tastes of new items, give advice and nothing is too much trouble at any time even if the deli is busy.  The girls are cheerful and offer warm welcoming smiles, customer service is alive and kicking at Deli & Dine
